Who is responsible
Seljenes Konsult (org. no. 930 629 499), run by Tormod Seljenes in Bergen, is responsible for the data processed on seljenes.no. You can reach me through the contact form or by phone on +47 959 94 618.
The contact form
The form sends your name, email and message to me through the Web3Forms service, which forwards it as an email. I only use the information to reply to you, and delete it when it is no longer needed for the work or my accounts.
SeljeTools
The seljeToWebp and FMImporter tools run entirely in your browser. The images and files you open in them are never sent to any server. FMImporter stores your data only in the browser on your own computer.
Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by Netlify. Like every web server, Netlify records technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested, for operation and security.
Cookies and tracking
The website sets no cookies. I do not use Google Analytics or any other tool that tracks you, and no advertising.
Other websites
The online shop (webshop.seljenes.no, Norwegian) and the Leagues 4 Friends app have their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you – just get in touch. If you think data is processed in breach of the rules, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.
